This service will allow your Hot Tub to be shut off and protected during the colder months if you choose not to use the Hot Tub.

With this service, we offer two different packages. Please see each of these described below, and please contact us if you would like to proceed with either of them.

Winterisation:

The Engineers will arrive on site, they will switch the Hot Tub off and drain it down, once it has been drained down they will clean the interior and remove any remaining water from the pipework and bottom of the Hot Tub, once they have done this they will remove the filters and pour a Non-Toxic Antifreeze into the system, once this has been done the Hot Tub can be left switched off until you choose to use the Hot Tub again.

Winterisation, Service & Flush:

The Engineers will arrive on site, they will put a Hot Tub flush into the system and let this run for an hour. While this is running through, they will perform a full check on the parts within the Hot Tub, ensuring there is no damage or issues with any of the parts. They will then drain the Hot Tub down, clean the inside out, removing any debris and anything that the flush has brought out of the system. Once they are satisfied that the Hot Tub is clean, they will remove the filters and pour a Non-Toxic Antifreeze into the system. Once this has been done, the Hot Tub can be left switched off until you choose to use the Hot Tub again.

The Servicing fee will be charged prior to the Engineer's attendance, and if any parts need changing, they will be charged on the day. The Engineers carry the majority of possible spare parts; however, in the unlikely event of a second visit being needed, this would require a further Engineer call-out fee. (Please note, Hot Tubs that are out of warranty will incur extra charges for any parts used)
