The Hot Tub would need to be empty and disconnected from the electrics upon the team's arrival at the property, and once in its new location, the team would not fill or connect the Hot Tub for you.

They would take the utmost care when moving it, packaging it before carefully removing it on rubber mats; however, Urban Cedar cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the move.

(Please note, Hot Tubs that are out of warranty will incur extra charges for any parts used)
