'Very happy with my hot tub from Urban Cedar. After quite a bit of investigation into various different companies and setups we decided the Urban fitted exactly what we wanted. The hot tub is the perfect shape for where we wanted it. It looks really smart compared to the plastic look of most other brands. The staff at Urban are very friendly and take great effort to make sure that everything goes smoothly. They were responsive and happy to answer any questions to get the best out of what you want. We visited the showroom which was great to see the different models but also to see how they are put together. Although local to us I think they would do a great job wherever you are in the country. I recommend adding the WiFi option as it Ames managing the tub a lot easier. Especially with a variable rate electricity tariff. Highly recommended.'
