Ordering

Our specialist sales team will be on hand to assist with any queries you have, right from the initial enquiry all the way to the delivery and installation day. At Urban Cedar, we like the ordering process to be as simple as possible, and that is why we have 3 different ordering methods, so you can choose the one that is right for you:

1. Direct From Website: You can order directly from the website, adding the hot tub and extras you wish to purchase into the basket. Delivery and installation will automatically be calculated at checkout, and once the order has been placed, we will be in contact to liaise on a delivery date.

2. In Person: You can order directly through our specialist sales team during a showroom visit, where they will discuss all the extras, delivery & installation and be able to assist you every step of the way in placing the order to ensure everything is tailored to you.

3. Via Email / Phone: You can call our specialist sales team or drop them an email, and they will be able to provide you with a tailored quote along with the answers to any questions you may have.
