In-Person Showroom Service:

We know that your Hot Tub is a big purchase, and you may want to take the time to visit our showroom in Bristol to ensure that the hot tub you are looking at is the one for you. This is why we have a dedicated showroom at our Bristol warehouse where our hot tubs are available for you to view in person before making a decision. There will be 2/3 models available in our showroom for viewing, but we can pull one of our Hot Tubs out from stock for you to take a look at if the model is not in the showroom! The In-Person Showroom Service is available Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, but can be made available outside of these hours if necessary.

Virtual Showroom Service:

As we work across the United Kingdom and beyond. We understand you may not be able to visit our showroom in Bristol, but would still like to see the quality and craftsmanship of our Hot Tubs before you make your purchase. This is why we have introduced our Virtual Showroom Service, which allows you to have a 1:1 FaceTime or WhatsApp Video Call with one of our specialist sales team. They will be able to answer any questions you may have and show you every detail of the model or models you are interested in. Originally brought in during the COVID-19 pandemic when people were unable to visit us, over the years since this has proved extremely popular, so we have kept it permanent. The Virtual Showroom Service is available Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, but can be made available outside of these hours if necessary.
